Big League Development, founded by current Major Leaguer and Jacksonville native Ryan Freel, is the only organization in the Jacksonville area to offer baseball training and development programs through a staff of instructors that have all played at the PROFESSIONAL level.

For individuals, groups, teams and leagues there is no better training available for players age 6 to 18 of all ability levels. We offer instruction in every facet of the game from hitting and fielding to pitching, speed/agility and position specific training.
